With 15 years of experience in the marketing industry and a passion for content creation and social media, Kristen has worked across a variety of industries and roles—from Sports Marketing to Tech, and from Account Management to Influencer Marketing.

After returning from her second maternity leave in 2019, she followed her entrepreneurial instincts and founded KB Creatives—a multidisciplinary, boutique agency specializing in content creation and social media management for small businesses. In just three years, she independently built a client roster of over ten businesses, developing impactful content to help brands grow in the digital space.

As a Senior Account Manager at Academy, Kristen led projects for Wave Financial, overseeing budgets, content strategy, and influencer marketing campaigns. Her time at Viral Nation further strengthened her expertise in managing multi-platform influencer initiatives for top-tier brands including Sonos and e.l.f. Cosmetics.

Kristen is known for her ability to craft compelling brand narratives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive engagement through innovative marketing strategies.

Beyond her agency work, Kristen is a content creator through her Instagram handle, @happyparenthood, where she partners with leading North American brands to produce engaging content and advertisements. 

In 2021, she published her first children’s book, The Colors of Kindness, which became a #1 Hot New Release on Amazon Canada and earned multiple awards. 

Most recently, she earned her TICO travel counselor certification and launched a new venture as an Expedia Travel Consultant.
